Kelly to stick with Blues

Published Add your comment

Defender Stephen Kelly has followed striker James McFadden in pledging his future to Birmingham - even if Alex McLeish´s side are relegated from the Barclays Premier League this weekend.

Kelly has been one of City´s most consistent players and has been on the pitch for every minute of City´s 37 league games this season ahead of Sunday´s home meeting with Blackburn.

Kelly told PA Sport: "I want to stay at Birmingham. I´ve had two great years here and, regardless of what happens on Sunday, I see my future here."
