Anthony Gardner wants to make his move to Everton permanent at the end of the season.

Currently on loan from Tottenham, the centre-back is hoping to get a run of games when he has recovered from a muscle injury he picked up while still at Spurs.

He said: "I am not sure what is going to happen. Everton are doing very well at the moment pushing for a Champions League spot and playing some good football, so if it was to turn out to be a permanent move, it would be good for me."
