Football News
Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has admitted he would be interested in signing Liverpool´s Peter Crouch.

The England striker came off the bench on Monday night to grab the 88th-minute equaliser which saw the Reds escape a chastening Barclays Premier League home defeat to Aston Villa - but he has struggled to establish himself in Rafael Benitez´s first XI all season.

Redknapp, who worked with Crouch in his first stint at Fratton Park and then at Southampton, told the Daily Star: "I like ´Crouchie´ and I would take him any day of the week."
