Gale blown away by cup upset

Published Add your comment

Havant & Waterlooville boss Shaun Gale was pinching himself after his side´s shock 4-2 FA Cup victory over Coca-Cola League One leaders Swansea set up a fourth-round trip to Liverpool.

Rocky Baptiste and skipper Jamie Collins scored after Gary Monk´s own goal, then Guillem Bauza and Jason Scotland clawed Swansea back into it but Tom Jordan settled the tie for the Blue Square South side - who will head to Anfield on January 26.

Boyhood Liverpool fan Gale said: "We have turned the dream into reality. I wanted focus from my team and they showed me that all over the pitch. It is a fantastic result. I am just so pleased for everyone involved in this football club."
