Adam Bolder struck a second-half winner as Mick Harford´s QPR pulled off a surprise 1-0 Coca-Cola Championship win over Charlton at The Valley.

Caretaker boss Harford is making himself increasingly unsackable after initiating a stunning revival for Rangers, who now have two wins and two draws from their last four games to haul themselves off the foot of the table.

New owner Flavio Briatore has been linked with a host of Italian coaches to succeed John Gregory in the permanent role but, as the Formula One team chief looked on from the stands, he may just be wondering how the likes of Francesco Guidolin and Luigi de Canio can hope to perform much better.
