Millwall have announced that John G Berylson has replaced Stewart Till as chairman of the managerless club.

Berylson, who became a significant shareholder at the Coca-Cola League One club following their March EGM, was already chairman of Millwall Holdings plc and the American had spent the last six months familiarising himself with English football.

Berylson said: "It had always been my intention to assume chairmanship of the football club once I became more knowledgeable."
