Published Add your comment

Aston Villa boss Martin O´Neill has told Gabriel Agbonlahor "your time will come" at England senior level if he maintains his current rate of progress.

O´Neill is convinced Agbonlahor can follows Gareth Barry, Ashley Young and Scott Carson by breaking into Steve McClaren´s full squad.

"Gabby is getting stronger and better as a player. His ability to get the ball down and shield it from opposing players has really improved," O´Neill said. "He´s really developed that part of his game. Gabby´s time will come with England if he continues to play and develop the way he is doing."
