Sparta Rotterdam striker Rachid Bouaouzan claims to have agreed personal terms with Wigan and is now awaiting the clubs to negotiate a fee.
The 23-year-old is eager to quit Sparta and is hopeful a deal with Wigan can be completed before Friday´s transfer deadline.
He told De Telegraaf newspaper: "I have already agreed personal terms with the club (Wigan). But we have to wait for Sparta to turn all the lights to green. And that will happen when the two clubs agree on the transfer fee."
