Ronaldo invites Edmundo for a 'smoke-up' at his house
Brazil legend Ronaldo invites Edmundo to smoke a joint during an exhibition game
Brazilian legend Ronaldo has caused quite a stir following his appearance in Tuesday night's exhibition match between the Palmeiras class of 1999 and Brazil's World Cup winning squad of 2002, when he appeared to invite Edmundo over to his house to get high.
The match was being played in honour of 39-year-old goalkeeper Marcos - a member of that World Cup winning squad - who recently called time on his 20-year professional career with Palmeiras, after announcing his retirement.
A host of big names turned out to celebrate the occasion, with Belletti, Cafu, Denilson, Edilson, Ricardinho, Luizao, Vampeta and Juninho Paulista all included in the star-studded line-up.
However, it was Ronaldo and Edmundo who attracted the most attention following their alleged on-field discussion which was captured on film.
Portuguese sources are claiming that the Celebrity Fit Club star mouthed the words "apertar umzinho" to Edmundo - a phrase which stoners use to call for a smoke up.
