Wigan manager Chris Hutchings has named Frank Barlow as his assistant at the JJB Stadium, believing the 60-year-old´s experience will be a great asset to the club.
The former Nottingham Forest, Scunthorpe and Chesterfield boss has coached for over 30 years.
Hutchings, who replaced Paul Jewell at the end of the season, is delighted to have Barlow on board, telling the club´s official website, www.wiganlatics.co.uk: "I am very excited about working with him. Frank was always my first choice and he will bring in a lot of fresh ideas with him."
