McCulloch still keen on Gers move

Published Add your comment

Lee McCulloch has told new Wigan boss Chris Hutchings he still has his heart set on a move to Rangers.

The midfielder, 29, saw a dream switch to the Ibrox club fall through back in January when former Latics manager Paul Jewell refused to sanction a return north of the border.

"I´ve had a meeting with the new Wigan manager, it wasn´t a long meeting, but I expressed my opinion to him," said McCulloch. "I´ll keep what was said to myself just now and I´ll just wait and see what happens. The manager knows what I want to do."
