McCall returns to Bradford

Published Add your comment

Bradford have confirmed former midfielder Stuart McCall as their new manager.

The Sheffield United assistant boss had been linked with the post since the departure of Colin Todd in February, with veteran defender David Wetherall having been named caretaker manager for the remainder of the season.

But after being overlooked for the Blades job following Neil Warnock´s exit, McCall has opted to return to Valley Parade for a third spell in an attempt to haul the club back into League One at the first attempt following this season´s relegation.
