Sunderland manager Martin O'Neill has admitted he could allow forgotten man Ji Dong-won to go out on loan.
The 21-year-old South Korea international has become an increasingly peripheral figure at the Stadium of Light, although he was included among the substitutes for Saturday's 2-1 Barclays Premier League defeat by Tottenham.
However, amid speculation that former club Chunnam Dragons may be keen to take him back, O'Neill has revealed he will look at the options next month. The manager said: "There have been a number of enquiries about not only Ji, but a number of our players, and I am unable to tell you anything at this minute."
