Crystal Palace are set to stipulate that any deal for Premier League transfer target Wilfried Zaha includes a loan-back clause for the rest of the season, according to the Daily Mail.
Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham have all been credited with an interest in the Palace winger, but the Championship club want any deal to include a clause loaning Zaha back to aid their promotion push.
The 20-year-old is one of the most sought after targets this month, and Palace are also thought to want two or three players from the buying club on loan as part of a prospective agreement, although that is not a deal-breaker. Palace currently sit third in the Championship, well-placed for a shot at promotion to the Premier League.
The south London club are holding out for £20m, according to the report, amid strong interest from top Premier League clubs.
Manchester United and Chelsea have been linked with the 20-year-old, but face competition from Tottenham and Arsenal.
Zaha made his England debut against Sweden in November, and it's testament to how highly he's rated that the majority of England's top-flight clubs have scouted the winger.
The Palace academy graduate is the latest product off the prolific production line at Selhurst Park, which has included Victor Moses, John Bostock, Jonathan Williams and Nathianel Clyne in the recent past.
But Zaha is yet to play in the Premier League, so some clubs may feel £20m is slightly to big of a gamble for a player who has made 108 Championship appearances, scoring 12 times.
