Video: Lionel Messi stars in funny face wash advert

Barcelona star Lionel Messi is set to contest David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo in football's rich-list after starring in an advert for his latest commercial endorsement.

According to Forbes, Beckham and Ronaldo both rake in more than Messi in sponsorship deals - including the likes of Castrol and Konami - but the Barcelona forward looks to be closing the gap.

Messi has signed a mega-bucks deal to be the ambassador for a Japanese face wash, and has starred in a funny new advert promoting the product.
