Manchester United host West Ham United in an FA Cup replay tonight (Wednesday), with a home tie against Fulham up for grabs in the fourth round of the competition.

David De Gea has cemented his place as first choice under Sir Alex Ferguson in recent months, and will again expect to start against the visiting Hammers.

Jonny Evans is unavailable through injury, and after Nemanja Vidic picked up a knock against Liverpool at the weekend, Rio Ferdinand is expected to start alongside some of Manchester United’s less experienced defenders.

Luis Nani is expected to start for the first time since November, with Brazilian central midfielder Anderson also a likely starter. Veterans Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs might also get the nod.

Up-front, star striker Robin Van Persie is again likely to be rested, leaving the door open for Wayne Rooney to make his Red Devils return. Mexican hitman Javier Hernandez is likely to be his partner at Old Trafford tonight.

Manchester United predicted line-up v West Ham:

David De Gea; Rafael, Rio Ferdinand, Phil Jones, Alex Buttner; Luis Nani, Paul Scholes, Anderson, Ryan Giggs; Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez.
