Manchester United transfer target Fernando Muslera has revealed it's his dream to play in the Premier League, according to the Metro.

The Galatasaray shot-stopper has been linked with a move to England, with Manchester United thought to be the favourites to seal a deal for the £10m-rated 26-year-old.

And the Uruguayan international has now admitted he would be interested in a move to a Premier League, as it's always been a dream of his to play in England.

Speaking to Haberturk, Muslera said: "The Premier League is my childhood dream. I always want to move forward in football. I started off with Wanderers, then Nacional, then Lazio and then, a step forward, Galatasaray."

The Metro claims Manchester United's current number one David De Gea has been linked with a move to Spain - speculation that is only likely to mount now Muslera has signalled his intention to move to the Premier League one day.

Reports in the last two weeks have suggested that United have been putting together a £10m offer for the Galasataray keeper, but the Old Trafford giants may have to stump up closer to £15m.

Muslera played against United earlier this season, as Galatasaray were drawn in Manchester United's Champions League group.

And the Uruguayan keeper demonstrated his considerable potential, keeping his Turkish side in the Old Trafford tie, even saving a penalty from Nani before United managed to find a way past him to win 1-0.
