VFL Wolfsburg winger Ferhan Hasani will join Croatian champions GNK Dinamo Zagreb, reports Sportske Novosti.
The 22-year-old midfielder will undergo a medical on January 25, before signing a five-year contract with Kruno Jurcic's side.
Hasani made a debut for FK Shkendija at the age of 17, when the club was playing in the Macedonian Second League. Two seasons later, he helped the club win promotion to the Macedonian First League, scoring 13 goals in 27 matches. Hasani then played his part as Shkendija were crowned champions of the 2010/2011 season.
In 2012, he joined German outfit VFL Wolfsburg. He made his debut for the Bundesliga side on September 30 last year, but after just one year in Germany Hasani has decided to reignite his career with Croatian champions, Dinamo.
Dinamo coach Kruno Jurcic commented: "He is a winger who can play on both sides and he's the kind of player we need.
"I've seen him when I was working for Croatian national team and was scouting Macedonia so when an opportunity came to sign him we didn't hesitate."
Hasani is a member of the Macedonian national team with 14 caps and one goal to his name.
