Ashley Cole’s mother has launched an expletive-laden tirade at the ball boy kicked by Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard on her Facebook page.

17-year-old Charlie Morgan was seemingly kicked by Hazard after he tried to the delay the taking of a goal-kick late on in Chelsea’s 0-0 Capital One Cup semi-final draw against Swansea on Wednesday.

The Belgian was sent off for his actions and faces further punishment after the FA announced it intended to investigate the incident.

Writing on her Facebook page, Sue Cole described Morgan as a f***ing little s***', before deleting her message soon after.

Cole’s mother has previously courted controversy on Facebook after reportedly urging the fan who hit Rio Ferdinand in the face with a coin during the Manchester derby this season to be ‘given a medal’.

Ferdinand and Cole have history together – the Chelsea player testified on behalf of John Terry during his court case for racially abusing Ferdinand’s brother Anton. Rio was later reprimanded for branding Cole a ‘choc ice’ on Twitter.

Hazard’s sending off has taken some of the gloss of Swansea’s achievement in making the final.

The draw at the Liberty Stadium ensured Swansea progressed to a major cup final for the first time in their history, with League Two outfit Bradford their opponents next month.
