Barcelona are being linked with a move for Swansea City goalkeeper Michel Vorm.
Spanish paper El Mundo Deportivo claims that the Dutch international stopper is amongst the contenders to replace Victor Valdes at the Nou Camp, with Valencia keeper Vicente Guaita and Ajax No.1 Kenneth Vermeer also on the radar of the La Liga giants.
Valdes has decided against renewing his contract in Catalonia, according to The Daily Express, and has been targeted by Manchester United as manager Sir Alex Ferguson looks to replace David De Gea at Old Trafford.
His exit from Barca would leave a huge hole for Tito Vilanova to fill, with Valdes winning five domestic titles and three Champions League medals to-date during his time between this sticks for the club.
Vorm has earned rave reviews in the Premier League since his move to the Liberty Stadium from FC Utrecht in 2011, with the 29-year-old enjoying a superb debut season at Swansea.
The former Eredivisie stopper also has four clean sheets to his name in the top flight this term, and Michael Laudrup may have a fight on his hands to keep hold of the player, who is reported to ‘fit the Barcelona’ philosophy by the English paper, and is on the Spanish club's goalkeeping transfer shortlist.
