It pops up every transfer window, but the question remains unanswered. Just where in Europe will Neymar eventually end up? Here's a look at three possible destinations for the Brazilian star.
The Catalan giants are the best team in the world right now.
They have the financial backing to fund a bid for Neymar as he earns roughly €80,000 a week at Santos.
Neymar dreams of playing alongside Lionel Messi but as Barcelona only play with one attacker, Neymar's first-team opportunities will be limited - just ask David Villa.
Real are rumoured to be in for Neymar, and much like rivals Barcelona, they can certainly afford the Brazil international.
But in the past Neymar has put Real, as surprising as it may seem, at the bottom of his list in terms of a possible destination.
Los Blancos already have Gonzalo Higuain and Karim Benzema as their attacking options, therefore playing time for the Santos forward may be hard to come by.
Roberto Mancini likes Neymar a lot, as does director of football Txiki Begiristain, the latter even going as far as flying out to Sao Paulo to talk about a €32 million bid ahead of the summer window.
City could afford Neymar with the change in their back pocket, but with Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez and Edin Dzeko all on Manchester City's books, a move for the 20-year-old striker seems unlikely.
However, Neymar could be the perfect replacement for Mario Balotelli, who has all but confirmed his departure from Eastlands, with AC Milan set to sign the Italian forward on a four-and-a-half year deal.
Until Neymar's future is resolved one way or another, there will continue to be ongoing speculation. Only time will tell where Neymar ends up, but he's certainly not short of admirers.
