England captain Steven Gerrard has backed Jack Wilshere to become one of the best in the world. The Arsenal midfielder will make his sixth England appearance tonight, partnering Gerrard as the Three Lions take on five-time world champions Brazil.

Ashley Cole says he's not concerned with being popular - he just wants to win trophies. The Chelsea star is set to make his 100th England appearance tonight, joining a elite group of players, including Bobby Moore and David Beckham, to reach the landmark.

Sir Alex Ferguson says his players are showing a 'great appetite' to win back the Premier League title this season. Manchester United sit nine points clear of their nearest rivals, but Sir Alex warned that there is still plenty of hard work ahead.

Olivier Giroud believes he has made rapid progress since his arrival at the club last summer. The France international has enjoyed an impressive debut season since joining from Montpellier, scoring 14 goals and providing 10 assists so far.
