Chelsea are being linked with a summer move for Bristol City starlet Kevin Krans.
The 19-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season, and local website ThisIsBristol claims the Blues are preparing an offer for the striker.
Krans has been a big hit for the Robins’ U21 development side, notably scoring a brace in the 4-0 win against QPR in-front of Chelsea scout Adie Mings.
Indeed, the report claims Mings has watched the Londoner on a couple of occasions, and urged the Stamford Bridge hierarchy to make their move for the player.
Premier League rivals Fulham and Reading are also keen, whilst Championship sides Blackburn Rovers and Huddersfield Town have sent scouts to watch the player on separate occasions.
Bristol City boss Sean O’Driscoll drafted Krans into his first team squad for their most recent match against Nottingham Forest last weekend, although he didn’t make the bench for the 2-0 win at Ashton Gate.
Krans is yet to make his senior debut for the club, and a move to Chelsea would complete a meteoric rise for the player, who was picked up last summer whilst playing non-league football in Middlesex.
