It seems as though the Barcelona effect has finally reached the far corners of the globe.

For the last five or so years, Barcelona have been setting the trend that world football follows, and it just so happens that the Catalan club’s particular style is based around passing. And lots of it.

But, whatever Barcelona can do, it would seem as though Dubai outfit Al Ahli can do better after they slotted home following an amazing 21-pass move.

Working their way from front to back, then back to front again, Al Ahli wore their opponents down before applying the killer touch.

Is it the best team goal ever scored? Well just a few months ago we ran a feature examining the best multi-pass moves to answer that very question.

The conclusion? Well helpfully enough it was inconclusive, all we know is that Barcelona and Spain have scored a lot of really rather good team goals.
