Lionel Messi is set to release his own range of football boots - specifically customised and designed by the Barcelona star - this Spring.
According to the Daily Mail, the Argentine forward was involved heavily in the design and testing process for his custom-made studs, right down to the red and white colour detail.
The Adidas F50 boots have a couple of personal additions from Messi, designed specially for the 25-year-old Barcelona star.
The PR fluff claims the boots reflect Messi's "footballing philosophy", so we can only assume they help you score goals, and lots of them.
Red was chosen as the principal colour as it's Messi's favourite, while the white "symbolises lightness". The recently unveiled Messi logo will also feature prominently.
But the Argentina international is a humble chap, and keen to emphasis he's "only as strong as the team around him", so the F50s will have a single red stud surrounded by 10 other white ones.
Messi was reportedly involved in each of the 10 rounds of testing, as Adidas looked to make it as fast as possible - at 165g, it will be one of the lightest in the shop.
Maybe the four-time Ballon d'Or needed his new creations last night, because the Barcelona forward was well below his best as the Catalan club suffered a 2-0 defeat to AC Milan in the Champions League last-16.
The La Liga top scorer has been in remarkable form this year, but looked strangely subdued at the San Siro, and the pre-tournament favourites now have a mountain to climb if they're to reach the quarter-finals.
Still, it's telling many pundits still think Barcelona have a good chance of progressing, even with the two-goal deficit to overcome.
