Mourinho has been continually linked with a move away from the Bernabeu, with several reports claiming the ex-Blues manager has fallen out with key first-team players.
A return to Chelsea has been mooted, but Calderon thinks Mourinho will end up at big-spending PSG this summer.
"Real Madrid have a problem with Jose Mourinho's attitude," Calderon told talkSPORT. "We are not used to a coach who complains about referees, UEFA and injuries. It's something I don't like. We are used to talking about what's happening on the field.
"It seems he's going to leave and it looks like he's off to Paris St Germain. He says he's going to stay but I don't think so. Things have gone too far and Real Madrid are not willing to accept any more of his behaviour."
And the former-Real Madrid president took aim at his successor at the Bernabeu, blaming current president Florentino Perez for hiring Mourinho.
Calderon continued: "Some of the players, mainly the Spanish stars, are not happy with his sort of behaviour. They are not used to it. They don't like the attitude.
"I have always said it is the president's [Florentino Perez] fault. Jose Mourinho isn't cheating anyone. He hasn't changed how he is, he's always behaved like that. Wherever he's been he's acted in the same way. When Perez signed him he knew what he was getting."
Real Madrid sit 16 points behind Barcelona in La Liga, and the defending champions face a battle to even finish in second place - city rivals Atletico Madrid lie four points head as it stands.
That leaves Mourinho's best chance of silverware as the Champions League, and Real Madrid face a crucial last-16 second leg encounter with Manchester United on March 5.
Chelsea have been linked with Mourinho as interim manager Rafael Benitez is expected to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season. A number of high-profile names other than Mourinho have also been put forward by the media, including Everton boss David Moyes.
