Video: Neymar booked & suspended for outrageous dive - again

Published 18 Comments

Poor old Neymar, he's not having the best of times over there in Brazil is he?

Sure, he make score an outrageously good goal or three most weeks, but when it comes to mastering certain aspects of the game it seems he has some way to go.

At the tailed of last year, the Santos star ballooned a penalty so far over the bar in Brazil's 1-1 friendly draw with Colombia it was instantly a sure candidate for the worst spot-kick of all time.

Just days after that embarrassing effort, the 21-year-old starlet found himself in the referee's bad books for an woeful attempt to con his way to a penalty kick. Unfortunately for him, all he got was a booking and a suspension for his troubles.

Now the heir to Pele's throne has been at it again, not only failing to spark in a drab 0-0 against Corinthians on Sunday, but throwing him to the ground theatrically in an attempt to win a penalty. The result was the same however - a booking and a suspension.

Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Barcelona and Bayern Munich have all been linked with the talented youngster but they will all be asking themselves one question - just when will he learn? Check out the video above.
