Arsenal striker Joel Campbell has dropped the biggest hint yet that he could stay with Real Betis next season, according to Sky Sports.

The Costa Rican international is currently on loan in La Liga from the Gunners, and revealed he's happy with life in Spain.

Campbell is waiting to receive a work permit to play in England, but he could stay with Betis, especially if they qualify for Europe.

The Spanish side currently sit seventh in La Liga, which could be enough to earn a place in next year's Europa League.

Copa Del Rey finalists Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are almost certain to qualify for the Champions League, which means the seventh placed team would gain a European spot.

And Campbell has admitted he could stay in Spain next season.

He told eldesmarque.es: "I feel very comfortable and have identified with the team and people of Betis. I love the city, and if I have to stay I am available. Hopefully we will be in Europe too.

But the 20-year-old striker also revealed he'd love to get the opportunity to show the Arsenal fans what he can do at the Emirates Stadium.

He continued: "I do not deny that I would love to show what I have in a team like Arsenal."

Campbell has two goals and two assists in 18 league appearances for the Seville-based team this season. He signed on a season-long loan last summer, having spent the previous campaign at Lorient.
