Manchester City's Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko made his 100th appearance for the Citizens in Saturday's 5-0 rout of Championship outfit Barnsley in the FA Cup.

Here we take a closer look at his top 10 goals for the reigning Premier League champions.

10. City v QPR | Premier League | May 13 2012

A goal that was overshadowed by Sergio Aguero's winner moments later, City's faithful will still remember the big Bosnian who got them on level terms on that faithful day.

Coming via a corner kick, Dzeko weaved his way around the box to find himself enough space to meet the ball with his head unchallenged, crashing it into the net after first bouncing off the floor.

9. Wolves v City | Carling Cup | October 26 2011

A contribution to the start of a mesmerising display from City's attack ended in Dzeko finding the back of the net. After quickly laying the ball off and spinning around, he was able to sprint into the box and place the ball into the net with ease.

8. City v Blackburn | Premier League | February 25 2012

Yet again the towering frame of the Bosnian comes into play as a blistering cross from Serbian Aleksandar Kolarov is met with his team-mate's head, which after a cheeky bounce on the floor finds its way into the back of the net.

7. Fulham v City | Premier League | September 29 2012

After gracing the pitch with his presence thanks to a substitution minutes before, Dzeko capitalised on a rather poor defensive performance from Fulham as they struggled to cope with a cross into the box from Frenchman Gael Clichy. After managing to get control of the ball, Dzeko spun to fire the ball into the top corner of the net to win the game 2-1.

6. United v City | Premier League | October 23 2011

Another game City's faithful won't be forgetting for a long time that the red side of Manchester would soon prefer to forget is that day in October 2011, where City's class and quality came through to secure a 6-1 away win at Old Trafford. Coming quick off a counter-attack, David Silva placed a peach of a ball through to Dzeko, who kept his cool to slot it away and make it six.

5. Real Madrid v City | Champions League | September 18 2012

A burst from Ivorian Yaya Toure and a cool, calm finish from Edin Dzeko gave City the opening goal at the Bernabeu in City's first Champions League outing of the campaign. Although the game ended in a 3-2 defeat for the visitors, Dzeko will forever be remembered as the City player who broke the deadlock.

4. City v Aris | Europa League | February 24 2011

Dropping down a peg in Europe, Dzeko's solo effort against Aris showed his quality on the ball at its best. Keeping a cool head, a quick turn and a look up allowed the Bosnian to place the ball into the bottom corner.

3. Spurs v City | Premier League | August 28 2011

A cross from Samir Nasri and a header to rival the best from Dzeko gave him one of his best goals to date. Scoring from a cross is one thing, however when you send the ball in the opposite direction it was travelling in with such force and pace - there's only one place it's going, and that's the back of the net.

2. QPR v City | Premier League | November 5 2011

Another solo effort - something Dzeko seems to have a talent for. After cutting in from the wing and skipping past a defender, a powerful shot into the bottom corner is all it takes.

1. Spurs v City | Premier League | August 28 2011

Dzeko storms up the field, lays a quick one-two with England's Gareth Barry, before unleashing an absolute peach from his left foot.

There are no words to describe this effort - just watch.
