Zlatan Ibrahimovic will face former club Barcelona in the quarter-final of the Champions League, after Paris Saint-Germain and the Catalan giants were paired for mouth-watering last eight clash.
Ibrahimovic, who will be banned for the first leg of the encounter in Paris, left Barcelona after just one full season at the Camp Nou and has been provided with the opportunity to exact revenge of sorts almost two years later.
The Sweden international has scored 28 goals during his maiden season at the Parc des Princes, and faces a Barcelona side who were inspired by Lionel Messi to victory against Ibrahimovic's former club, AC Milan, in the previous round.
Real Madrid, victors against Manchester United thanks to a winning goal from Cristiano Ronaldo, are rewarded with a tie against Galatasaray, who can now boast former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba among their number.
Drogba is looking to claim the Champions League title for a second season in succession, having scored the decisive penalty for Chelsea in last year's final against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena.
Bayern are also in the last eight, having narrowly beaten Arsenal, and are provided with a clash against Serie A leaders, who dispatched of Scottish champions Celtic in last 16.
Elsewhere, two of the surprises of this year's competition have been drawn together, with Spanish outfit Malaga to face German champions Borussia Dortmund, with the first leg to take place at La Rosaleda.
Champions League quarter-final draw in full:
Malaga v Borussia Dortmund
Real Madrid v Galatasaray
Paris Saint Germain v Barcelona
Bayern Munich v Juventus
