Footage has emerged of Tottenham Hotspur youngster Tom Carroll scoring an amazing long-range goal whilst training with Stuart Pearce's England U21 squad.
The 20-year-old midfielder - who has made six substitute appearances for Spurs in the Premier League this season, but is yet to start a game - is waiting patiently on the fringes of Andre Villas-Boas's first-team squad.
His late cameo in last weekend's 1-0 loss against Fulham at White Hart Lane was perhaps one of the only positives to come from Sunday's London derby defeat.
And, after seeing this impressive training ground strike, any Tottenham fans that have already been calling for Carroll's club level inclusion from the start, are likely to be shouting even louder now.
Carroll is set to feature prominently for the Three Lions' U21s in upcoming matches against Romania and Austria.
Ahead of the international friendlies, watch Carroll's sensational effort in the video above - brought to our attention by 101greatgoals.com - and leave a comment with your favourite training ground goals below!
