Jose Mourinho has slammed current Chelsea interim manager Rafeal Benitez for wanting to remove his photos during his time at Inter Milan.

Mourinho is considered as one of the finest coaches to have ever graced the game of football.

With the modern day game becoming so result oriented, managers who have not enjoyed a playing career often find it difficult to survive in the not so prevailing conditions.

In the Portuguese’s case, it is somewhat different.

Mourinho started his managing career with Portuguese giants FC Porto and famously won them the Champions League, when no one spared a thought about the fact that miraculously happened back in 2004.

The tactician’s success immediately got recognised at the biggest stage of world football as English giants Chelsea appointed him their manager for the upcoming seasons. Mourinho lived up to the billing and won the rising English team two quick-fire league titles.

The owner of the blues however had some long lasting feuds with the talented manager and the fight ended up in the consequences of Jose calling it a day at the Stamford Bridge outfit.

Mourinho’s next destination was Inter Milan and this time according to him, was the best ever in his managerial travels.

Inter enjoyed the triumph of the famous treble under Mourinho when they lifted the Scudetto, the Copa Italia and the UEFA Champions League, all in the same season, 2010.

Mourinho, after winning it all with the Nerazzurri, signed for Spanish giants Real Madrid and currently serves there.

The exchange of words between the Portuguese manager and current Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez has always been a common occurring and the Real Madrid manager has aimed a fresh swipe at the former Inter manager.

Benitez served at Inter for six months before being sacked, the outcome of some poor results and Mourinho believes that Benitez tried to change his impression at the San Siro outfit by harming his credentials.

Mourinho told RTP1: "Benitez wanted to remove my photos, but they came back once he was gone."

Mourinho’s future at Real Madrid is still uncertain as his days at Los Blancos look numbered. A return to the Italian giants may well be on the horizons as Jose potentially seeks a new club.
