In order for Chelsea to win the Premier League next season, they should look to bring in a couple of top-class players, and get the best out of the stars already at Stamford Bridge.

Current Chelsea players the club must utilise in order to win the league:

Eden Hazard

The Young Belgian is already performing like one of the best. Similar to Gareth Bale at Tottenham, Hazard has become the driving force of Chelsea’s attack, and the Blues' success could heavily depend on his performances next season. If he continues to play with his trademark pace and conviction he could become one of the best midfielders in the league.

Juan Mata

Mata has been Chelsea’s best player this season and will surely play a pivotal role in their future. While he might not be blessed with blistering pace, his ability to pick a pass and find the back of the net has made him a contender for Player of the Year. He’s essential to Chelsea’s chances next season, and if Frank Lampard does leave he will take on even more responsibility.

David Luiz

Chelsea have leaked goals, just like many other teams this season, but if they are to challenge for the Premier League title they need a defence. Towards the end of this season, Luiz has shown his leadership capabilities and a desire to be the best. His most important trait is his pace. Players like Luis Suarez can lose his man in one turn. If Chelsea have a centre-back who can keep up with the more skilful forwards then they’ll stand a far greater chance of winning the Premier League.

And a couple of players Chelsea should look to sign to boost their chances of winning the title:

Radamel Falcao | Atletico Madrid

Chelsea desperately need a marquee striker in the summer. If they are to challenge for the Premier League it is paramount that they sign a prolific goalscorer. Manchester United have dominated this season because of the partnership between Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie, while Manchester City have Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero to call upon. With Mata behind him, Falcao will surely succeed in England.

It won’t be easy for the London club to bring him to Stamford Bridge, with interest in the Colombian being high, but they should make every effort to acquire his services.

Marco Reus | Borussia Dortmund

The ‘Three Amigos’ haven’t exactly performed as one this season and that may be down to lack of diversity. Oscar is very similar to Mata and when they play together it seems as though they don’t receive the full benefit of their ability.

Instead, Reus offers incredible pace, sublime finishing, and is a competent free-kick taker. Having Hazard and Reus in the same team could potentially be devastating for Premier League defences, even more so if Falcao is the driving force.
