The Fiorentina forward has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stadio Artemio Franchi this summer, after attracting interest from a host of top European clubs.
Serie 'A' rivals Juventus were reportedly keen on signing the 23-year-old, however, Di Domenico believes that the Montenegrin international has snubbed the advances of Antonio Conte and instead opted to join Arsene Wenger in north London.
"Jovetic was among the possible options for Juventus, but my information is that the boy has already given the go ahead to move to Arsenal," said the FIFA agent. "He seems fascinated by their project."
The Gunners boss is said to have made Jovetic his priority transfer target this summer, with the club keen to recruit a number of new players to the Emirates Stadium ahead of the 2013/14 campaign.
Jovetic has made no secret of his admiration for Arsenal, so perhaps that is one reason why Di Domenico seems so certain that they are in prime position to secure his signature.
