When Barcelona want you, you know you're doing something right.

The La Liga leaders have one of the best youth academies in the world, producing some of the most talented players of the last 10 years.

So, if they don't think they've got the home-grown talent in La Masia, and they've identified you, it's safe to assume you're probably one of the best young players in the world.

Reports in Spanish newspapers this week have speculated over Barcelona's summer transfer plans, and the consensus seems to be pretty clear - Tito Vilanova's side need a new centre-back.

They've been linked with some big-names, interestingly almost all from the Premier League - the likes of David Luiz, Daniel Agger and Vincent Kompany.

But they've also been mentioned alongside some young pretenders tipped to become the 'next Vincent Kompany, David Luiz' etc.
