Futsal, the small-sided indoor version of football, is based around tight technique, a Velcro first touch and a tiki-taka style of play.

But sometimes it’s fun to just give the ball a big whack. Goalscoring keepers are rare enough in the 11-a-side game, but Czech Republic’s futsal shot-stopper Libor Gercak has joined the even more exclusive group of goalscoring futsal keepers.

His incredible 35-yard lob caught his opposite number in the Belarus net off guard, flying over his head and into the top corner.

The Belarus stopper was obviously distraught, head in hands at this ultimate embarrassment. And to make matters worse, it was a really close game, the Czech Republic eventually running out 4-3 winners in the European Championship qualifer.
