Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has sent out scouts to watch 19-year-old winger Nathan Redmond, according to reports in The Mirror.
Redmond is regarded as one of the most exciting talents in nPower Championship, consistently putting in excellent performances for the midlands club.
Redmond will no doubt receive a vast amount of interest in the upcoming summer transfer window. His ability his clear to see and at such a young age is someone many clubs would want in their ranks.
Hughton is keen to add some creativity to a Norwich team which is somewhat lacking that cutting edge. Only Stoke have netted fewer goals than the Norwich this season, which highlights their problems.
Norwich have already made one ambitious signing, agreeing a deal for Sporting's Ricky Van Wolfswinkel for £8.5 million, who was on the radar of many top European clubs.
Redmond would be an asset to any team with his electric pace combined with his excellent dribbling ability.
Redmond has the potential to play in the Premier League, and is a definite future England prospect. He could prove to be a good fit at Norwich, who have tended to sign top Championship players and given them a chance to play in the top-flight.
