Everton and Newcastle United transfer target Amido Balde has admitted he'd love to play in the Premier League.
Balde, who plies his trade in Portugal with Vitoria Guimaraes, has been in impressive form this season scoring seven times in 21 games, and his composure and finishing has caught the eye.
Marseille, Rennes and Lille are also monitoring Balde's situation, but the 21-year-old striker would seem to prefer a switch to England.
Speaking to SkySports, Balde said: "I am flattered by the newspaper reports.
"If there is Premier League interest in a player, it means you are doing well.
"To be honest, I want to play in the Premier League because the best players are there.
"If the opportunity is there, I really want to take it. I hope my dream comes true."
Balde's best attribute is his aerial ability and his powerful style of play which would certainly suit the competitive nature of the Premier League.
Valued in the region of £1m at the beginning of the campaign, Balde's stock has risen and reported interest from the host of European clubs will do little to stop his price from soaring.
