Mario Balotelli is set to be fined by AC Milan following another controversial incident.
He was on the way to a Serie A fixture against Fiorentina with his Milan team-mates when he apparently angered a train controller. He was caught red handed smoking in in the toilets and the controller advised Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani to "to twist Balotelli's ear".
As a result, Galliani informed Balotelli's fellow team-mate and friend M'Baye Niang to feedback to his team-mate that he would be fined. He then rang the player's agent Mino Raiola to let him know of his client's situation.
It is a well-known fact that Balotelli is a smoker as he was regularly pictured during his time in England with a cigarette in hand, a habit frowned upon by many coaches for its obvious negative health connotations.
This is not Balotelli's first incident as he collected many speeding fines, and has also been penalised for a succession of incidents on and off the field.
In England he was caught throwing darts at a youth team player whilst he also had training ground bust-ups with four different team-mates including Micah Richards and manager Roberto Mancini. Off the pitch he set his bathroom on fire after allegedly lighting fireworks inside his home.
However, during his brief spell with Milan so far he has managed to let his football do the talking with seven goals in just eight league appearances after his transfer in January. This has led Milan to third place in the league just four points adrift of Napoli, who occupy the second automatic spot for qualification into the Champions League.
