The agent of Barcelona forward Alexis Sanchez has distanced his client from a summer switch to Italy, encouraging the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, who have all been credited with an interest in the player's signature.
TalkSPORT reports how the 24-year-old Chilean international has been heavily linked with a move away from Camp Nou after a couple of underwhelming seasons in Spain, since signing from Udinese for an initial €26million deal in the summer of 2011.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is ready to offer Sanchez an escape-route to the Emirates Stadium, as he prepares a busy summer of shopping to strengthen his squad ahead of the 2013/14 campaign.
However, Arsenal could face competition from north London rivals Tottenham, with Andre Villas-Boas also believed to be monitoring the Barca winger's situation with a view to attempting to lure him to White Hart Lane.
Liverpool complete the trio of Premier League clubs courting the South American star, as Brendan Rodgers also makes early transfer plans at Anfield before the transfer window reopens in July.
Napoli and Juventus have also been mooted as admirers of Sanchez, but speculation suggesting both clubs have opened negotiations with Sanchez and his representatives over a transfer to Serie 'A' have now been quashed following Fernando Felicevich's latest comments.
"I'm in Barcelona now and will stay here the whole week, I don't plan to travel to Italy for now," he told Italian publication, Tuttosport.
