Manchester United are back in for Anderlecht teenager David Henen, according to reports.
TalkSPORT cite reports in Belgian paper La Derniere Heure when claiming that the player could be on the move this summer, with Old Trafford a potential destination for the striker.
Henen signed a three-year contract with his current club on his 16th birthday, but has been unable to force his way into first team recognition over the past 12 months.
Henen would join a growing list of young Belgians leaving his homeland for the Premier League if he were to sign for Manchester United, with Romelu Lukaku, Christian Benteke, Kevin De Bruyne and Thiabut Courtois all making the switch in the past 24 months.
The Red Devils are yet to capitalise on Belgium’s boom in talent, but have been happy to spend big on young talent in the past.
Nick Powell joined from Crewe in the summer of 2012, and Wilfried Zaha will follow after agreeing a deal with Manchester United in January.
Were Henen to join the Premier League leaders, he’s unlikely to challenge for first team opportunities at this stage, but would be one for the future at Old Trafford.
