The Premier League has been the home of the best football in the world and it has been graced with true greats of the game, but who makes the top 10 in the list of all-time top goalscorers.
In the list of top 10 goalscorers, it's not surprising that nine of the players are strikers, with the other being a very successful centre midfielder. An impressive achievement to be in the top 10 goalscorers of all-time in the Premier League considering they applied their trade in the heart of the midfield.
Of course the record holder for most goals at the moment is held by Newcastle United legend, Alan Shearer, who bagged himself 260 goals during his time at Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle.
It is widely thought that that marker will never be reached as the player second to him is Andy Cole who ended his career on 188, quite far off from his English counterpart.
In the top 10 scorers, only three of them are still applying their trade in the Premiership and those are; Frank Lampard, Wayne Rooney and Michael Owen, however we all know that Owen is retiring at the end of the season and Lampard could be on his way out of the Premiership.
So who else joins the likes of Shearer, Cole, Lampard, Rooney and Owen, below you can find out.
