Aston Villa's young squad are in a battle for their Premier League lives, as they currently sit just outside the relegation zone, with just six games remaining.
The relegation battle has really heated up in recent weeks with as many as eight teams involved.
Villa has had a torrid couple of years the appointment of Alex McLeish was met with severe opposition from the fans and the club has been unable to get away from the gloom ever since.
When Paul Lambert was appointed at the club, his mission was to improve results and fortunes of the Villains. However, with a relatively young squad his side have struggled for results - although a recent win away at Stoke City has raised hopes of Premier League safety this season.
Here's a look at Villa's fixture list and reasons why they will and will not stay in the Premier League:
Man United (A)
Why they will survive
Their recent form is better than most teams around them which holds them in good stead in the coming weeks.
They also have a strike force that has got the goals that are required to get results in crucial encounters.
Why they will go down
They have one of the youngest squads in the Premier league which means that if results go against them they could really struggle to keep their heads up. Therefore a lack of experience could cost them!
Their squad is also one of the smallest in the Premier League and injuries to key men could really see them struggle.
Staying up, but only just.
