Eden Hazard | Chelsea

Chelsea ended Stoke's 17-game unbeaten home run in the Premier League with an emphatic 4-0 victory at the Britannia Stadium, thanks to two own goals by Jonathan Walters, a Frank Lampard penalty, and a stunning 30-yard strike by Eden Hazard.

The Belgian winger fired a pinpoint shot past Asmir Begovic and into the top corner to succumb the hosts to their heaviest home defeat since they returned to the top-flight in 2008.
