Olympic gold medalist Jessica Ennis gave one unsuspecting jogger the opportunity of a lifetime, as the heptathlete went undercover as a roving reporter for the Powerade Challenge.

Donning a blonde wig and glasses, Ennis took the role of interviewer as she and a film crew stopped early morning fitness fanatics in London's Hype Park to ask them about their routines and how they are able to motivate themselves.

The participants responded to Ennis under the assumption they were answering questions for a programme about keeping fit, before Sheffield's most famous daughter revealed her true identity, and swapped her civvies for a more accustomed tracksuit.

Ennis then handed one amateur athlete the chance to be trained by her in an intense hour-long session, which included a variety of drills and using equipment ranging from a medicine ball to a park bench.

The 27-year-old was able to offer this unique opportunity as part of Powerade's 'You Have More Power Than You Think' campaign, and further information and training tips are available here.
