With his Everton contract coming to an an end, combined with constant speculation over his future, should David Moyes leave Goodison Park?
It has been a strong season for the Toffees, with many - including Moyes himself - claiming that this is their best squad under Moyes - and I agree.
He has managed to build a squad with both youth and experience, catering for both the long and short term, as well as adding extra value to several of his key players.
Moyes' main attribute is his shrewd transfer market skills, managing to purchase several quality talents at the minimum price. For example, he signed Leighton Baines, who might have once been regarded as an average left-back who can take a good free-kick, and now look at him.
Baines is one of the best full-backs in the English Premier league and is providing Ashley Cole with his toughest international competition yet.
Moyes also proved he has a good eye for purchases abroad as well, as he managed sign the little known Marouane Fellaini for what seemed like an overpriced £15m just a few seasons ago and, just like Baines, the big-haired Belgian is a wanted man - and has been strongly linked with a big-money transfer to both Chelsea and Manchester City.
Moyes has also benefitted the academy of his team as he has managed to blood through several young talents from early ages, most notably Wayne Rooney and Jack Rodwell, who were sold for around £46m between them.
He has shown great willingness to put faith in his academy graduates and this has paid off, as players like Victor Anichebe and Seamus Coleman have had starring roles this season, and the impressive Ross Barkley looking like a very strong hope for the future.
Well, even with such a strong team which he has built, could he possibly refuse if Chelsea came at him with a big offer?
