The Premier League has seen many great superstars, from the young talents, to the most experienced of players. This season we have seen the likes of Swansea’s Michu, and Chelsea’s Eden Hazard.
This summer could see yet even more stars jump into the top flight league in England. Here are some of the potential starts to look out for next summer.
Wilfried Zaha | Manchester United
This player is a certain Premier League star of the future. Back in January, Zaha agreed terms with Manchester United.
After his loan spell with Crystal Palace, he will join United for next season. Whilst he isn’t an experienced player, and he may have a long way to go before he becomes one of the league’s greatest, he certainly has superb talent, which could show us a fresh look to an experienced Manchester side.
Stevan Jovetic | Arsenal FC
This star has attracted attention from Arsenal for some time now. The Gunners have been tracking him since he became one of the best strikers in the Serie A, and have reportedly made him one there priority targets for the summer.
Of course there’s no telling with Arsenal whether they will make a move for top targets, however. If this player joins the Gunners, we will witness yet another great striker smashing in some great goals in the Premier League. With 12 league goals so far to his name, we can expect to see him help the Gunners climb the table next season, if he does leave Italy for English football.
Neymar | Chelsea FC
This move doesn’t seem likely. However, no matter who he joins, if it’s an English club, we will be in for quite a season next year. He’s simply a world-class player, and at such a young age, he won’t come cheap.
Expensive players do tend to come with a unique and unbelievable talent, so he will be a great asset to any club no matter what price. Chelsea are amongst a few European clubs including; Manchester City, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona who are looking for his signature.
A move to England, quite frankly is unfortunately doubtful, but football is full of surprises, so we could see it happen. He’s Brazilian, young and confident. What more do we want from a player?
David Villa | Arsenal FC
Villa is another top target for Arsenal. This Spanish winger has experience, skill and knowledge to suite any club. Arsenal are looking for that superstar to help them challenge for silverware, and with Villa on the radar, Arsenal fans could see that happen. Again, this move seems unlikely as Barcelona seem keen to keep the Spaniard and are reportedly preparing to offer him a new contract.
Robert Lewandowski | Manchester United
Manchester United already have one of the best striking forces in Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney. Nevertheless, no team can have one too many strikers, especially if it’s Lewandowski.
The Polish international has excelled with Borussia Dortmund. His recent performances in the UEFA Champions League against Real Madrid, gives us a real idea of what he can do. A fearsome striking duo may turn into three, making Manchester United that little bit stronger.
Whilst some of these moves may never happen, the Premier League will certainly develop even further and will be bigger and better than ever before.
Whether Arsenal sign a top target, or Chelsea break the bank with record breaking signings, either way we may see some brilliant signings. We may also see some great players leave the Premier League, with Gareth Bale and Luis Suarez amongst some of the great talent that may be destined for moves abroad.
