Real Madrid legend Alfredo di Stefano, who's almost 87-years-old, is set to wed a 36-year-old lady named Gina Gonzalez.
The two met when Miss Gonzalez was helping the former footballer write a book, with Gonzalez reported to have fallen for his witty chat and 'sense of humour'.
The the two time Ballon d'Or winner doesn't seem to care what people are saying, he told ThinkSpain: "What do you think my children would say about it? Maybe they are against it but that is not important to me. They are going to have a go at me but I will take it with sincerity.
"I am only interested in my life and in being happy, not in causing lots of trouble."
The Real Madrid legend helped a previously underachieving side to reach five Euro cup finals on the spin, where he scored in each final between 1956-1960, and is now proving he is a goalscorer on and off the pitch.
Fair play to the old baller, who is now using a wheelchair to aid to his age-related health difficulties. Di Stefano was widowed in 2005 and has found a new lease of life in his new partner, explaining he still has a 'young heart'. The future wife is Costa Rican and 50 years younger than he is.
