Arturo Vidal has reaffirmed his desire to stay at Juventus beyond the summer transfer window, amid reported interest in the signature of the Chile international from Premier League champions Manchester United.
Vidal, however, is not thinking about a move to Old Trafford with Manchester United reported to be pursuing him, and claims he is happy to stay with Juventus and continue to repay the faith of the club's staff and supporters.
"I'm content and I am not thinking about anything else," he told Tuttosport. "Obviously you never know what will happen in football, but I'm happy here.
"I have an excellent relationship with boss Antonio Conte. He's an exceptional person and an out of the ordinary coach.
"The fans also recognise my generosity. They have understood what I want to do on the pitch and they know that when I put on the Juventus shirt I play with my heart."
Along with Vidal, Manchester United have been credited with interest in Nemanja Matic of Benfica, with the Red Devils reported to have contacted the Portuguese club to gauge the availability of the former Chelsea player.
Scholes, meanwhile, played his final competitive game at Old Trafford on Sunday, and was afforded a rare start by Sir Alex Ferguson as Manchester United defeated Swansea 2-1.
