Arsenal and Manchester United transfer target Victor Wanyama admits his future is far from certain at Celtic.

The Kenyan enforcer has been linked with both Premier League clubs, according to Metro, and has just one-year left on his current deal at Parkhead.

But, despite saying in the past that he was keen to remain in Glasgow, the SFL Young Player of the Year has now thrown the transfer door open to potential suitors.

“I just leave the club and my agent to sort everything out. You never know. We will see,” said the 21-year-old.

Despite the comments, Wanyama did go on to admit that it’s been the best season of his career under Neil Lennon.

‘I would say yes because we have won two in a row and also we have the (Scottish) Cup to play for,” he added.

“Being in the last 16 of the Champions League is a great thing for a player to achieve. It has been a great season and we have really enjoyed it.

“Celtic is a good club and my team-mates have been great. They have been strong and just a very good team.”

Manchester United’s transfer plans are unlikely to be concrete this summer, now Sir Alex Ferguson has walked away from his post at Old Trafford.

However, the Red Devils have been tracking Wanyama for some time, and the African starlet would add depth in an area where the champions have not been at their best this term.

Arsenal, meanwhile, have been chasing a defensive-midfielder to fill the space left by Patrick Vieira when he walked away from the Emirates Stadium.

Alex Song was a solid stop-gap for the Gunners before his move to Barcelona, and Wanyama could be the next player to try and replace the Frenchman in north London.
